Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include the completed returns form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
